    • We always make the effort to visit your home in order to provide a comprehensive analysis of everything that should be done prior to going active on the market, such as decluttering, repairs, cleanings, etc.

    • We provide professional photos, signage, lockboxes and any other marketing materials needed to sell your home.

    • You also receive access to the vendors we typically use for repairs, cosmetic updates, servicing, and packing should they become necessary when listing your home on the market.

    • When you list with us we will upload your home to the El Paso MLS which also connects to and promotes your home on other sites to the public such as Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc.

    • Showings will be done based on your unique showing availability that we will plan with you prior to activating your home on the market.

    • All showings are secure and facilitated only by licensed agents and a tracking system through our lockbox gives us feedback on who showed your home along with other details.

    • Once offers are received we review them all with you in detail and breakdown the pros and cons of each based on your specific selling needs.

    • Once the preferred offer is executed the sales process moves forward through escrow, appraisal, and onto closing.
